What Trust in Business Means to You

open quote

It sets the tone for everything we do. Trust often starts with a handshake, after the handshake trust is tested, often. Trust is the foundation of any partnership. Trust is a two-way road, customer and vendor must both be trustworthy, reliable, willing to partner and work through challenges. Trust allows for mistakes to happen but reassures that the right actions will take place. Without trust, business may continue, but not in a healthy or favorable environment.

Steve Raymond

Founder and Former President (Now Retired)

“Our Core Values are more than just an aspirational list and that by consistently adhering to them—year after year—we are able to reinforce our trust-based culture. I see this as the most important contribution I can make and what I hope will be the lasting legacy I will someday leave behind.”

Brian Ellison

Certified Shop Technician

“To me, trust means knowing someone has your back through thick and thin. Since starting at RHCC, I’ve always felt like the company, its executives, and my co-workers have my back. And in return I have theirs. And that promise and the resulting feeling of security extends out to everyone we do business with, especially when it comes to our customers. When you are associated with our business, in whatever way you are connected to the RHCC family, you are one of us. And, that’s a rare and wonderful experience to be a part of.”
